The Essex County Land Bank (ECLB), an affiliate of the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), is seeking proposals from qualified book keeping and accounting firms, or professionals, to provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, accounting and audit support, report creation, and QuickBooks maintenance.
