Project Overview:
This project consists of a full gut rehabilitation of an existing residential structure, 39 Burt Lane, Jay, NY. The intent is to return the property to a safe, code-compliant, clean, durable, and move-in ready condition through comprehensive rehabilitation of the home.
The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, disposal, testing and inspections, temporary utilities, site protection, cleanup, and all other services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications, applicable building codes, and all federal, state, and local requirements.
Priority may be given to firms that demonstrate the ability to mobilize quickly and successfully meet all applicable program requirements, including MWBE, Section 3, and SDVOB participation goals, where applicable.
