The Essex County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms and land use attorneys to support the subdivision and development of Lot 130 on The Portage in Ticonderoga, NY. The goal is to create four buildable lots for new single-family CrossMod homes.

The selected team will provide site design, utility planning, permitting, and legal services required to obtain full municipal approvals. Final deliverables include a permit-ready subdivision plan, utility connection layout, and all legal documentation for conveyance.
