Thank you for your interest in becoming an art vendor. Please fill out this form to SECURE your space for the event. The form does not accept payment. You will need to provide that separately by check or money order or by stopping by our office. You may also choose to pay now by using our ClickButter payment form [click here].

Space Fee: $20 per space (approx 10′ x 10′)

Yes, each food vendor space can accommodate a food truck. You are, however, responsible for your equipment, tables, and setup.

Terms & Conditions

  • The $20 space fee is non-refundable.
  • Vendors are responsible for their tables, displays, and setup.
  • Vendors must remain open during event hours and may not pack up early.
  • Food vendors must comply wih all health and safety regulations and local codes.
  • All documents and certifications MUST be displayed.
  • No electricity or water will be provided. Vendors must supply their own.
  • Setup begins at 9am. All vendors must be set up by 10am.
  • Vendors must remove all items from the venue at the end of the event.
  • Essex County Land Bank is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
