25 Apr RFP: Mural Festival Videographer

The Essex County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified videographers or video production teams to document and produce a professional video for the “Walls Between Waters” mural festival taking place in downtown Ticonderoga from May 18 to June 7, 2025.

The final product will be a dynamic, ~3-minute recap video designed for use in stakeholder engagement, municipal presentations, grant reporting, and public marketing. The tone should be vibrant, community-focused, and visually compelling—similar to a promotional commercial.
